This bold and physical production celebrates womanhood, survival, and strength, inspired by a 1970 protest against the Miss World Contest.
The production is inspired by the protest slogan “We Are Not Ugly, We Are Not Beautiful, We’re Angry!” It recreates narratives applied to the female body and the clothing designed for women. The show is described as highly physical, fun, loud, and bold.
