Artist talk: Jason Kwong

An artist talk accompanying Jason Kwong’s exhibition, which uses oral histories and carried objects to explore migration and fragmented memory.

The exhibition grows from Kwong’s interviews with people who relocated from Hong Kong to the UK and the objects they chose to take with them. The project considers migration, material transformation and the memories carried across borders.
