Spectral Lures by Carlos Serrano / AV Showcase
About
An experimental 40-minute fulldome audiovisual performance by Carlos Serrano with artist talk and Q&A at CULTVR.
Spectral Lures is an experimental live audiovisual performance by Carlos Serrano exploring the boundary between the natural and the artificial. Built with real-time tools including Unreal Engine and TouchDesigner, the 40-minute fulldome work uses 16.1 spatial audio to depict a digital ghost emerging from human data and transforming the venue's architecture into a responsive system. The evening also includes an artist talk on live XR, synthetic vision and immersive storytelling, followed by a Q&A. Doors open at 7.30pm, with the performance running from 8.30pm to 10pm.
