Christmas Pen and Watercolour Workshop No 28 Belper

A three-hour pen and watercolour workshop with Kate Dawes creating festive botanical artwork, suitable for all abilities.

Kate Dawes leads a relaxed three-hour workshop teaching pen drawing techniques overlaid with 'dry' watercolour to create botanical art. Participants work from a selection of winter berries, foliage and flowers to produce an A4 piece that could be used as a Christmas card design. All materials are provided, with support on composition, colour mixing and developing personal style; the session is capped at 14 people and open to complete beginners and more experienced artists alike.
