About
An early-morning stroll along Dunoon's West Bay followed by coffee and a silent disco in Castle Gardens.
Dunoon on the Move hosts an early-morning walk starting at 7.30am at the Gatehouse, with a coffee stop at Coast Coffee at 8am. Participants then finish with a silent disco in Castle Gardens, indoors if the weather is poor, ending around 8.30am. The playlist is billed as upbeat to start the day, and people can join just for the walk and coffee, though booking is required for the silent disco due to limited headsets. Supervised children are welcome.
