About
Geshe Tenzin Namdak leads a day of Buddhist teaching, meditation and discussion about death and rebirth.
This hybrid public workshop explores mindfulness of death, Buddhist accounts of the dying process, and the eight stages of dissolution. Three teaching sessions, discussion and questions run between 10:00 and 15:00, with breaks and lunch; people may attend at Jamyang or by Zoom. The £35–£45 header and £15-per-class suggested donation are both published, with reduced rates and free places for ordained sangha.
