Folk Unlimited
About
Inclusive, multisensory workshops combine singing, dancing, folk instruments and accessible technology for learning-disabled young people aged 12 to 30.
Emmie Ward, Nicholas Goode and Megan Deakin lead creative music and dance sessions using folk songs, instruments and accessible technology. The workshops are for learning-disabled young people aged 12 to 30 who live or attend school or college in Barnet, Brent, Camden, City of London, Westminster, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, or Kensington & Chelsea. One parent or support worker is asked to participate with each young person and does not need a ticket. The programme has three six-session terms, with a separate advance booking for each term.
