The Globe Inn in Dumfries hosts an exclusive New Year's Eve feast curated by Head Chef Fraser Cameron, built around a five-course tasting menu from canapés and amuse-bouche through to petit fours. A welcome cocktail and a glass of fizz at midnight accompany the meal. Live music comes from Royal Conservatoire of Scotland's Tess Harper, joined by piper Callum Watson, in the historic inn associated with Robert Burns.
