Amy Winehouse Tribute (Sound Of The Lioness)

Eight-piece tribute band Sound Of The Lioness performs two sets of Amy Winehouse's music at The Fleece in Bristol.

Sound Of The Lioness, an eight-piece band formed in 2016, pays homage to Amy Winehouse's music with a full horn section including baritone sax and flute. The band recreates the live sound of Winehouse's touring bands of the 2000s, spanning the jazz-inflected Frank era through the soul-drenched Back to Black years. The evening opens with doors at 7pm, a support act from 7.30 to 8.00, followed by two Sound Of The Lioness sets, with all times approximate.
