Kickstart Careers: Cooking and Catering

A youth catering course on kitchen safety, food preparation, presentation and teamwork with visiting chefs.

The published 12-week course includes eight weeks of cooking sessions and four weeks working with different chefs. It covers kitchen safety, food preparation, catering, presentation and teamwork for ages 14–19. The Avenues marks it full. Any holiday closures or later schedule changes have not been published.
