Family Imagination Days
About
Free drop-in family days of play, crafts and storytelling at Dragon Hall, with pop-up activities on selected dates.
Dragon Hall and its enclosed garden become a free drop-in space for family play and storytelling, with giant games, a book nook, activity bags, colouring and self-led tours. Creative sessions led by local artists and performers run alongside pop-up activities, including witch puppet-making with Rootling Theatre, a folklore writing adventure with author Erni Salleh, a Big Draw paper forest in the Great Hall, and February shadow puppetry and sun catchers building an 'illuminated city'. Families can bring a picnic lunch and drop in any time between 10am and 3pm.
