Penelope Coffee launches its Panettone Christmas blend, combining an experimental natural yeast fermentation bean from India with its Colombian Madre Tierra bean. The 90-minute session includes a hand pour demo and tasting of the Indian filter roast, an espresso flight of the Panettone blend served black and white as a mini long black and piccolo, and free-flowing batch brew of a Kenyan bean, with slices of panettone. Attendees also get a 10% discount on coffee purchased or pre-ordered at the event.
