About
A new Royal Opera production of Rameau's Les Boréades, directed by R.B. Schlather and conducted by Camille Delaforge.
Queen Alphise chooses the foreigner Abaris over a politically required Boread marriage, provoking Boreas to abduct her. Abaris's attempt to rescue her also reveals the truth about his own identity.
