About
Stern Pissarro presents a large-scale portrait of King Charles III by Dr Suan-Seh Foo.
The portrait was commissioned by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia for the Government of Nova Scotia. The gallery’s announcement says it will be shown before returning to Government House in Halifax; it credits Ede and Ravenscroft and the Royal Regiment of Canada with assisting its completion.
