The Santa Claus Experience
About
A 90-minute pre-booked festive tour at Lee Valley Animal Adventure Park featuring an elf show, Mother Christmas's kitchen, gingerbread decorating, Santa's grotto and a teddy bear market.
The Santa Claus Experience is a 90-minute group tour running from 21st November 2026, during which the farm park itself is closed and only the tour operates. It begins at Passport Control and includes the Buddy the Elf Show, a visit to Mother Christmas's magical kitchen where children decorate a gingerbread person, a chance to help Santa down the chimney, and a grotto meeting with photo opportunities. Every child also visits the Teddy Bear Market to make a cuddly bear with a wishing heart to take home.
