Lumen Via Retreats hosts a day of guided wellbeing sessions at Hazlewood Castle, taking participants on a journey from past to present to future. The programme includes sound immersion, Reiki, exploration of past-life experiences and practical techniques for physical and emotional wellbeing. Each retreat runs for 10–15 adults aged 18+, lasts around 8 hours, and includes lunch and refreshments.
