Heart Health Networking Event - Morning Session Option

A heart health awareness and business networking morning hosted by West Highland Chamber of Commerce with Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland at UHI Fort William.

Held during Heart Month, this two-hour morning session brings together employers, businesses and organisations from across Lochaber. Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland delivers a 40-minute heart health presentation on risk reduction and practical steps, followed by a 20-minute Q&A. The remainder of the session is networking, with an optional Boditrax body composition assessment available, and profits after fees donated to CHSS.
