Carlisle's Christmas Teenage Market

A free Christmas market in Carlisle's Victorian Market Hall where young people aged 8-25 sell crafts and gifts and perform live music for festive shoppers.

The Teenage Market brings its Christmas edition to Carlisle's covered Victorian Market Hall, decorated for the festive season. Young people aged 8-25 from Cumberland can apply for free stalls to sell artwork, crafts, jewellery, clothing, gifts and baked goods, with up to 15 trader places available. Nine performance slots run through the day in the Market Hall dining area, with sound equipment provided, though large groups cannot be accommodated due to space. Under-16s must be supervised by a responsible adult, and stall allocation prioritises a diverse range of Cumberland-based participants.
