Citizens of Soil present a two-hour tasting of new-season extra virgin olive oil, straight from the press. Founder and olive oil sommelier Sarah Vachon shares three new-season oils from her producer visits across the Mediterranean, offering a preview of the oils to expect in 2027. The event is hosted at wine trader Dynamic Vines in Bermondsey, and tickets include drinks and a light buffet of cheese, charcuterie, fruit and bread supplied by Natoora.
