Next Adventures: Dance workshop for over 55s

Dance workshops for people aged over 55, open to all abilities and mobility levels.

New Adventures, Matthew Bourne’s company, offers these workshops and subsidised places. The sessions explore movement and dance through the company’s work and are for people over 55 of all abilities and mobility levels. On each date, choose either the late-morning or afternoon session; both options use the same workshop material. Wear anything comfortable to move in and bring plenty of water; participants may work barefoot or in socks, or wear ballet or jazz shoes or trainers if preferred.
