A candlelit sound bath at Box Methodist Church using singing bowls, gongs and chimes to guide participants into deep rest and relaxation.

This hour-long session is a candlelit sound bath led by Jessica Sloyan, using the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, chimes and grounding instruments to guide the body into deep rest. The session is intended to release tension, support nervous system regulation and create a sense of clarity and grounding. Each ticket includes a YIN bed with a mattress, pillow, blanket, eye mask and aromatherapy bath salts to take home. The event is for ages 18 and over, with doors opening at 6:50 PM.
