REIN Relaunch

A free launch event for women's running coaching platform REIN, with a social 5km run, refreshments and a talk on the female athlete.

Courtnay Osborne-Walker hosts a launch event celebrating the relaunch of REIN, her women's online coaching platform covering run coaching, strength and conditioning, nutrition and recovery. The evening begins with a social 5km run at a conversational pace, followed by refreshments from Puresport and a short talk on The Female Athlete, exploring how a female physiology lens can support training and everyday life. A bag drop and light refreshments are available.
