Smith's Bar & Grill hosts an Oyster Happy Hour every Friday and Saturday evening, with £1 oysters available exclusively at the bar — a dozen for £12 — alongside Prosecco, Champagne and cocktails. A live DJ plays from 7pm to midnight to add to the weekend atmosphere. Guests can also book a seven-course fine dining tasting menu in the restaurant area from £60pp, with dishes such as scallops, beef tartare, roasted cod and beef fillet Rossini.
