Keele Chapel Winter Solstice Sound Sanctuary

Held on the winter solstice, this 90-minute sound sanctuary invites participants to lie down in Keele Chapel and receive an immersive soundscape of gongs, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and drums. The session is framed as a space for nervous system regulation, deep relaxation and reflection at the longest night of the year. Attendees are asked to bring something to lie on plus a blanket and pillow; no prior experience is needed, and under-16s must attend with a parent or guardian.
