Bump to baby: emotional preparation for birth and parenthood at Rising Green Family Hub

Two free NHS parent-infant psychology programmes preparing parents emotionally and physically for birth and parenthood.

The official page describes sessions by the NHS Parent Infant Psychology Service team, including relaxation-focused activities and peer connection. Places are based on referral from the Whittington health visiting team. It publishes Tuesday programmes from 1 September to 6 October and from 10 November to 15 December 2026, 14:00–16:00. This rolling-window proposal retains the four sessions from the first programme that fall on or after 9 September, plus all six sessions from the second programme.
