Demeter & Persephone: A Journey Through Myth, Soul & Transformation

A weekend retreat in Glastonbury exploring the Demeter and Persephone myth through ritual, creativity and contemplative practice at Spring Equinox.

Facilitated by psychotherapist Rebecca D'arcy and interfaith minister Fay Barratt, this retreat uses the ancient Greek myth of Demeter and Persephone as a lens for exploring the Sacred Feminine, loss, renewal and personal transformation. The programme blends teaching, meditation, creative expression, ritual and shared reflection within a small group, with time for rest, walking and shared meals. It runs from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon at Spring Equinox, with residential and non-residential options, and is open to anyone aged 18 and over.
