Designed for beginners and people developing their coffee skills, this course combines coffee theory with hands-on barista practice. Topics include processing and roasting, cupping, espresso extraction, milk science, brewing methods, efficient workflow and preventative machine maintenance. Breaks are included, but lunch is not supplied; participants may bring food or buy lunch nearby.
