About
Essex Athletics stages three masters cross-country championship races on an 8 km Epping Forest course.
Men aged 50 and over start at 10:00, women aged 40 and over at 10:50, and men aged 40–49 at 11:40. Individual medals are awarded in five-year age categories through V70; team medals cover V40, V50 and V60 with four scoring. Athletes must hold current England Athletics registration and be eligible to compete for Essex by birth or nine months’ continuous residence. The entry fee is £8 per athlete and entries close at midnight on Sunday 6 December.
