Ministry of Science Live 2026

A live science show direct from London's West End featuring explosive demonstrations exploring how science shapes the modern world.

Ministry of Science Live – Science Saved the World brings the UK's science team to the stage for an anarchic take on science communication. The presenters look at the scientists, engineers and inventors who shaped the modern world, with demonstrations including liquid nitrogen clouds, exploding oxygen and hydrogen balloons, fire tornados, hydrogen bottle rockets, ignited methane and a self-built hovercraft. The show runs for two hours and is billed as both educational and entertaining.
