SalsaDrills runs a five-week salsa beginners course on Wednesday evenings, introducing Salsa Crossbody On1 step by step. Each hour-long session covers basic steps and timing, body movement, solo exercises, turns, partnerwork, and leading and following, with skills built up across the weeks. No previous dance experience or partner is needed — partners are rotated in class — and the course is open to adults aged 18 and over.
