Dhol Academy

Dhol Academy leads open-level Punjabi dhol workshops followed by a short performance at The Rivergate Centre during the London Jazz Festival.

The East London collective introduces participants to the rhythms and musical traditions of the Punjabi dhol through two workshops, then gives a short performance. The activity is part of the festival's Barking Riverside programme exploring South Asian music and jazz.
