Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 10K

A central London 10K for runners of all abilities, with live music, winter characters and landmark views along a closed-road route. The event is delivered with Cancer Research UK.

The 2027 London Winter Run combines a 10-kilometre road challenge with live music and winter-themed characters along the city route. Participants can choose individual, youth, complete or group entry, or take a Cancer Research UK place with a £175 fundraising commitment and access to a dedicated post-race area. Trafalgar Square is the location named by Cancer Research UK; the 2027 course map and event time have not yet been published. The organizer’s current route page is explicitly labelled as the 2026 route.
