Into the Wow: Mystery and the Cult of Normality

A Sunday Assembly London community gathering on the theme of mystery and the cult of normality, with talks, poetry and pop-song singalongs.

Sunday Assembly London's January 2027 assembly takes 'Into the wow: mystery and the cult of normality' as its theme, though the page notes the topic and speaker are still to be confirmed. Assemblies typically feature a talk, poetry, and four pop songs performed by the house band with lyrics projected for everyone to sing along. Afterwards there is tea, biscuits and chat at the Backyard Comedy Club, with an optional local meal, picnic or pub visit. From 2027 the assemblies move to a monthly schedule.
