Recruits is a 45-minute developmental exercise class for children aged 18 months to 3 years, running each morning of October half term. Each day has a fresh theme, with small groups led by instructors who work on motor skills, balance, coordination, problem-solving and early teamwork, alongside vocabulary, colours and numbers. An adult must stay with the child throughout the class.
