About
A society woman in Lagos readies her home for a party that reunites her with close friends from her youth, sparking a night of reflection on love, longing and roads not taken.
This drama transposes Virginia Woolf's Mrs Dalloway to present-day Nigeria, following Clarissa as she prepares an evening gathering where former intimates unexpectedly arrive. Over one night, the group revisits their tangled histories, old passions and abandoned dreams. Twin directors Chuko and Arie Esiri helm a cast led by Sophie Okonedo and David Oyelowo, with Ayo Edebiri and Nikki Amuka-Bird among the ensemble.
