Crystal Curiousity- An Introduction Into Crystal Energy: Stoke-on-Trent

This relaxed introductory session at The Fitness Collab in Kidsgrove is aimed at anyone curious about crystals, whether experienced or a complete beginner. Participants learn about different crystals and how people work with their energy, how to choose stones, and how to use a crystal pendulum. The session also includes a guided crystal meditation and advice on cleansing and caring for crystals, and everyone receives a free crystal pendulum. It lasts 90 minutes and no prior experience is needed.
