About
Orchestra Baobab mark five decades of Senegalese and Afro-Cuban music at Royal Festival Hall.
The Senegalese band blends Afro-Cuban rhythms with brass, vocals and dance grooves. The current Southbank page names veteran members Thierno Koité, Moussa Sissokho and Yahya Fall among a larger ensemble without claiming a complete line-up. The promoter's 19:00 doors time was previously stored as the event start; Southbank publishes a 19:30 performance start.
