A weekly Monday dance workshop at The Met for children aged 5–11 of all abilities, covering different dance styles through fun routines.

Leaps and Bounds is a weekly dance workshop for children aged 5–11 of all abilities, incorporating different dance styles. Sessions feature routines that encourage children to get active and have fun through movement and music. Classes are run by Danielle, who also runs Movers and Shakers, and the programme is supported by Sport England. Sessions run Mondays 4:45–5:45pm, with no session on 26 October due to the half-term break; advance booking is required.
