Restored presents an evening at Welcome Baptist Church looking at how life experiences shape the brain and nervous system, framed around the biblical idea of being 'fearfully and wonderfully made'. The two-hour session features Jo Hargreaves, described as the Faith Filled Therapist, worship leader Sue Rinaldi and Restored CEO Bekah Legg. Attendees are offered practical approaches to regulating the nervous system, renewing the mind and restoring hope, with doors opening at 7pm ahead of a 7:30pm start.
