Liverpool Cathedral's Above and Beyond Tour takes small groups through areas normally off limits to the public, guided by expert guides from top to bottom of the building. The roughly two-hour route includes the tower, roof space, external viewing areas and the bell ringing chamber. Participants must be 14 or older, and the tour involves many steps, narrow passages and exposed balconies at height, so it is unsuitable for those with mobility issues, claustrophobia or a fear of heights.
