MAHLE Smart Training | Become a Certified PRO Dealer – Darlington

Hands-on MAHLE e-bike system training day covering the M40 mid-drive and X Series, certifying attendees as MAHLE Partner PRO dealers.

MAHLE SmartBike Systems runs a full-day, in-person training session for bike dealers and workshop staff at ZyroFisher in Darlington. The programme covers installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting and maintenance of the M40 mid-drive system, plus a deep dive into the X Series (X20, X30, XS, X35), with hands-on sessions working directly with components and real service cases. Attendees who complete the training become Certified MAHLE Partner PROs, gaining visibility in the MAHLE Dealer Locator, and can choose between a physical 400+ page technical dossier or digital materials. Coffee break and lunch are included, and the day opens with arrival at 09:45 followed by a welcome and mid-drive motor training led by Paul Sorensen.
