Exploring Architecture: National Poetry Library

A public RIBA Learning session at the National Poetry Library introduces an exhibition on poetry and the built environment, then invites participants to write poems inspired by the Southbank Centre.

The session opens with The Poetry Buildings group exhibition, which brings visual poets and artists into conversation with the built environment. Participants then use the Brutalist Southbank Centre as inspiration for a short poetry-writing activity, with optional prompts.
