Dragon Bell Temple Residential Retreat

A silent residential Soto Zen meditation retreat at Eden Rise, Totnes, led by Rev. Willard Lee of Dragon Bell Temple.

The retreat follows a sesshin schedule typical of the Order of Buddhist Contemplatives, with most time devoted to seated meditation (zazen or shikantaza). Days include meditation periods, ceremonial services, working meditation such as cooking and cleaning, meals and rest periods. The retreat is held in silence and participants must attend the whole retreat; it is open to adults aged 18 or over. Rev. Willard Lee leads the retreat and offers teaching.
