A relaxed community music session with live music, singing, gentle movement and simple music-making.

Heron Wellbeing Music Café is an inclusive session delivered by Musicworks for Charnwood Arts. Community musicians lead live music, singing, gentle movement and simple music-making; no musical experience is needed. The sessions welcome people living with dementia, people with learning difficulties or mental health conditions, carers, and anyone experiencing loneliness or social isolation. Drop in for music and a cup of tea.
