Picture Making with Enamel with Christine Pearson

Christine Pearson leads a workshop making a picture by applying and drawing into liquid enamel on steel, then kiln firing it.

Participants apply liquid enamel to steel, plan an image and use the sgraffito technique to draw into the enamel before kiln firing. Christine Pearson demonstrates the method. The 10am–1pm workshop is suitable for beginners and those with experience; the source asks attendees to wear covered shoes.
