Community Workshop
About
A free drop-in creative space on Level 2 of Arnolfini where anyone can make, explore and create with materials and activities inspired by the gallery's exhibitions.
Arnolfini's Community Workshop is an open, welcoming space where visitors can drop in and use easels and free materials, with activities and resources inspired by the current programme. Its current activity, linked to Joy Gregory's exhibition Catching Flies with Honey, invites visitors to choose an object connected to dressing or decorating themselves, trace it using carbon paper, and pin their work to a growing community display. The space is open to everyone and may occasionally close for programmed workshops, when the adjacent Reading Room stays open.
