About
A tag-finding competition at Llyn Brenig, with a spot prize of a day’s boat hire for each tag brought to the visitor centre for verification.
Under the 2026 rules, every tag brought to the visitor centre for verification wins a day’s boat hire, which can be gifted. Competition entry is free; separate fishing permit and site-access charges are unspecified. West-shore fishing is currently closed because of low water levels and exposed deep mud. On 24 October the site admits only Cambrian Rally ticket holders.
