Mauritian Gastronomy Food Pop Up

A one-night Mauritian food pop-up at The Dodo Micropub, with Chef Nishy serving street-food-style gajak boards to pair with drinks.

Chef Nishy hosts a Mauritian Gastronomy pop-up night at The Dodo Micropub, serving Mauritian Gajak Boards of street food bites designed to pair with a drink or two. The standard board includes chilli and split pea fritters, crispy taro fritters, Mauritian stuffed chillies with fish, spiced roasted eggs and crispy fish samosas, served with coriander chutney and piments crases. A vegan board is also available, substituting stuffed padron peppers with vegetables and vegetable samosas.
