Empress Bloody Mary

A one-woman science-fiction historical drama follows a future ruler confronting a crisis that echoes Mary Tudor’s life.

The play imagines Empress Mary facing the loss of her planet, a missing husband and a possible phantom pregnancy. In a trance, she recalls the similarly precarious life of Mary Tudor and resolves to make a different set of choices. The event page calls it a one-woman show but does not name the performer.
