Learn to mix, pipe, dip and decorate festive chocolate truffles with Oli The Choc.

Participants make chocolate truffles from start to finish, mixing, piping, dipping and decorating Belgian chocolate with festive flavours. Oli The Choc adds chocolate challenges and surprises; participants leave with handmade treats. Thursday sessions take place in Chocolate Wonderland and Sunday sessions in The Home Bake Kitchen, within the same Olympia show. A separate workshop ticket and valid Ideal Christmas Show admission are required; workshop tickets do not include entry to the fair.
